I would give Declan and his team 10 Stars if I could. Absolute legend. Some shoddy workmanship on our roof prior led to water pouring in through a skylight and ruining a bunch of our property. I rang Declan and he and his crew were at our place within a couple hours. They installed a tarp over the roof to protect our property, gave me sound advice about the construction shortcomings of the previous contractor and provided us with an incredibly fair estimate to remedy the situation. I recently had a house renovation and extension completed, including a new roof by a *builder*. This turned out not to be anywhere near standards or building regulations so pretty much a disaster, the roof was installed incorrectly structurally and to add to that there was multiple leaks throughout the property which caused thousands of euro worth of damage. I contacted Weathersafe and spoke with Declan, he arrived out within an hour of calling him. From the moment I met Declan, it was clear that he is an absolute professional and highly knowledgeable individual with decades of experience. After further site visits where the Weathersafe team could survey the issues in detail Declan is a man of his word, and he gave me a guarantee that he would fix the roof. This was no small job—it took approximately eight weeks from start to finish due to the structural issues and poor workmanship. Throughout the entire process, Declan was always available and kept communication clear and consistent. His team, including Alan, Gary, and others, approached their work with extreme diligence and carried everything out to the highest standards. They cleaned as they went on site, organised, and always happy to answer any questions I had. I could go on and on about the detail and positive work done in the house, overall a highly professional (cannot emphasise the word professional enough) team with excellent skill and communication, and outstanding workmanship. I could not recommend Weathersafe highly enough and would make myself available to anyone who ever wanted a verbal reference.
